Murphy saw action in 57 games with the RoughRiders, a program that has seen quite a few players move on to successful Miami careers. In those 57 games, Murphy tallied five goals and eleven assists.

Future RedHawk Traded
Just a quick note for those that follow future Miamians: Forward Cody Murphy (Class of 2014) has been traded from the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, to the Tri-City Storm in exchange for a 2010 fourth round pick in the USHL Draft.
